City supported creation of the 450 acre business park with $7 million of 1998 bond funds for infrastructure improvements (predominantly the reconstruction and realignment of Mountain Creek Parkway). City Council approved tax abatements for individual development transactions are estimated to forgo $9 million in city property taxes. Tenants at the park include American Leather, Strategic Partners, Costco, Nestle, Niagara, Cummins, and a proposed 1.6m sq. ft. Prologis industrial development. Current DCAD appraisal for completed projects exceeds $346 million with an estimated 800+ jobs. City of Dallas supported through tax abatement and bonds for street construction.
